The only interactions with a workshop that you already own are to sell it, or to change it to a different type of workshop. It might be possible to buy competing workshops, change them to something else, and sell them; but I don't know whether the AI will ever change 'em back. #3. Mor-Dan Kin Jan 20, 2022 @ 9:34pm.
This mod is a single-player mod working in both Story and SandBox. It should not be activated in multiplayer. It requires Mod Configuration Menu. The order of this mod doesn't matter at all past MCM and Native Modules, but for exemple: 1-MCM (and Dependencies) 2-Native (and other TalesWorld Module) 3-Other stuff you want. 4-Wide Town City. 5
This mod allows players to create their own unit tree from scratch. By adding armor & weapons to even horses, changing their culture and gender. You can allow clan members and even your whole kingdom (If you are leading one) to use these custom units. All are optional in the settings file as seen in the screenshot.

It is possible you caravan is bug'd or some other new problem though, so keep an eye on it and if it really never earns anything make a report with a .sav file. Sorry for not saying but I fixed it. The income from the caravan was not showing for many days but started flowing. Idk why.
The newly created submodule can be shared or edited slightly to make a stand alone troop tree mod. The way that unit data is formatted in the generated module is the same as in any other troop tree mod. To load a troop tree into a different save or import someone else's troop tree, enable the module that got generated in the bannerlord launcher.
For workshops, try changing them to tanners. They seems to be the one with the most consistent income. All of my workshops produce 300 or more and they're just all tanners. This, you don’t need to give them leather and even in the worst city’s Ill still make 250+ a day. This worked until the new patch.
If that advice wasn’t enough and your workshop in Bannerlord is still not making any money, then you might have a bug caused by mods. Make sure that your mods are up to date and that other people using the mods aren’t experiencing the same problem.
Early game just kill looters and sell prisoners and loot. Then bet on yourself in tournaments. Sell the prizes, especially the noble mounts. Keep that up till about 25k gold then find a companion with good trade stats and have them create an enhanced caravan. That money should roll your party unti clan tier 3. I have 1 solution just for you (guess what) In my games the breweries are to easy solution (making for me at least the double money of tannery, iron, wood or pottery or clothier). Even if the town has no grain and low prices for beer but a lot of flax and high prices for cloth, the brewery will make more profit. #10. Not 100% sure, but I think I recall that when I bought one. It's currently capped at 200 gold per day. ok, i think it's been 7 days, i didn't change the production, and it seems to be costing me more and more money. i don't know what's gone wrong? It means that item doesnt sell well in that town. Just make a smithy or wood workshop.
1.) The first thing it depends on is your current income/expense ratio, if you're already losing anywhere from 1000-2500 a day on expanses before the caravan or workshop I'd say it isn't worth spending the gold to get them, because they won't make enough individually to see any difference in your income. 2.)
